The price of the hotel was the cheapest that we could find during the New Year and they had a decent New Year's Eve party. The view of the sea from the room was also very pleasant. location-wise, it was easy to find a grocery store nearby.

The food at the hotel was not appetizing at all and did not match our taste preference, especially as vegetarians. , the room was quite cold and we had to use extra clothes to keep ourselves warm.

The hotel is conveniently located near the beach and taxi stand, providing easy access to the waterfront. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and clean, with large bathrooms and powerful showers. The staff is friendly and hospitable with excellent service. The food is delicious, with a wide selection of options including vegetarian. The hotel also provides daily water supply and free gym access.

The hotel could improve its Wi-Fi speed for guests.

I had a wonderful reception upon check-in, especially from Mr. Mustafa, who was an amazing and hospitable person. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable with lovely views from the balcony. The hotel is just a minute walk away from the beautiful seafront. The food was delicious with various hot and cold options available. The staff, especially Ibrahim, were super friendly and always ready to help. I had a great stay and would recommend Kaila City.

My xmas experience at this hotel was amazing! The breakfast was absolutely delicious with so many options to choose from. The staff were super friendly and always willing to help. The location couldn't have been better, just a stone's throw away from the beach and a taxi stand. I also loved that the hotel provided daily water, it was such a thoughtful touch.

There were a couple of downsides, the Wi-Fi wasn't the fastest but it was steady enough for basic usage. the bar staff seemed a bit off and not as helpful as the rest of the staff.
